"At North America’s Building Trades Unions, we want more people to know about the benefits and opportunities of apprenticeship. The registry is a great opportunity for us to get our message out."
- Tom Kriger, Director of Research and Education, North America’s Building Trades Unions

Registry Participants

Registry participants play an essential role in this initiative by making information about their credentials and quality assurance processes available to the Credential Registry. Credential Issuer Participants include:
  • Universities, four-year colleges, and community colleges that award a variety of credentials, from certificates and associate degrees to baccalaureate and graduate level degrees.
  • Organizations and companies that award industry certifications, certificates, and other credentials such as licenses and badges.
Quality Assurance Participants are organizations that accredit, recognize, approve, or endorse credentialing organizations.

Third Party Publishers are organizations that publish on behalf of credential providers with their permission.
