Alabama Commission on Higher Education (ACHE) is using the CTDL and CTDL-ASN to develop a statewide registry connected to the Credential Registry. An inter-agency initiative, Alabama’s registry will serve as the backbone of the state’s learn and work systems and support the work of the newly established Alabama Committee on Credentialing and Career Pathways (ACCCP) to define in-demand industries and occupations, develop statewide career pathways, identify and publish relevant competency frameworks, and approve education and training programs to be included in the state’s list of credentials of value.
