They are the creators of a sophisticated credential transparency open-source Web technology (Credential Transparency Description Language, or CTDL) that is the driving force behind a Credential Finder [and Registry] that has enormous potential to change how employers, educators, governmental agencies, and communities can collaborate and publish free publicly accessible widgets and apps (pushed out via extensive amounts of credential data in the registry) that will ultimately allow individuals to make value-based decisions about their educational investments.
