Credential Engine is seeking a Publishing Partner Success Manager to lead the accounts and publishing team, develop effective publishing guidance materials aligned with organizational goals, and support a growing number of partners publishing to the Registry.

Using the suite of Credential Engine data publishing tools, this position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the customer success team who serve as the primary contacts with organizations and individuals who want to publish to the Credential Registry. This position will also work to develop scalable training and guidance resources for publishing to the Credential Registry to ensure our partners have a positive publishing experience. This position will possess strong customer service and communication skills, the technical aptitude to work with subject matter experts and non-technical stakeholders, and proven ability to create positive learning experiences. This position will work alongside technical staff (programmers, solution architects, etc.) but will not be responsible to lead this level of technical guidance.
