The challenge will award a total of $4 million to support innovative ideas that help young people discover their purpose, build skills, and explore pathways to high-demand careers. Semi-finalists will receive a $10,000 incubation stipend, and finalists may receive up to $300,000, along with a year of technical assistance to support the development and implementation of their solutions.
