Dr. Don Miller serves as a Senior Advisor for Credential Engine offering his support and expertise on special projects and partner initiatives.
Dr. Miller recently retired from the Federal government and has started a consulting firm IQM Workforce Analytics. Before starting IQM Workforce Analytics, Dr. Miller served as the Deputy, Total Force Acquisition Manpower and Training Branch. He was responsible for the planning and programming manpower and training requirements, resources, and budgeting to effectively support fleet requirements. Furthermore, he ensured that systems’ development and acquisition processes aligned with Joint Capabilities Integrated Development System documents and policies. Dr. Miller has extensive acquisition logistics experience working in multiple acquisition programs.
Dr. Miller holds a Bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University in Workforce Education and Development, a Master’s Degree from Troy State University in Management, and a Doctorate from Capella University in Performance Improvement Leadership.
