Started in 2010 with a collaboration between Arizona State University (ASU) and Global Silicon Valley (GSV), the annual ASU+ GSV Summit connects leading minds focused on transforming society and business around learning and work.

Of special interest this year might be a session co-presented by Jeanne Kitchens, Credential Engine’s Chief Technology Services Officer, happening Tuesday, August 10, from 2:45 – 3:25 pm. The session, “Is Blockchain Driving a Revolution in Credential Liquidity”, will discuss how Blockchain is specifically designed for our current moment in credential liquidity innovation. Participants will: explore the new ways Blockchain allows for ease of use and decentralized storage; verification and management of digital badge credentials through Blockchain’s protection increase efficiency and transparency; and learn how employee engagement and retention soars as companies offer increased accuracy in recognition of credentials.
