Credential Engine’s Executive Director, Scott Cheney, will join community college leaders, workforce development experts, and leading partners January 30 – February 2, 2018 at the American Association of Community College’s 2018 Workforce Development Institute in New Orleans. This year’s theme is Exploring Intersections and will focus on the collaboration and cooperation across policies, practices, initiatives, partners, and funders.

According to the event’s description, “These critical intersections serve to build a sustainable, inclusive and forward thinking workforce. Further intersecting is the work our professional community does with foundation, industry, and federal partners in effectively serving our students.”

Mr. Cheney will be speaking on the role of credentials and the benefits transparency can bring to successfully building these critical intersections.
