On Friday, Feb. 1, Credential Engine’s Jeanne Kitchens will appear as a featured speaker at the  26th annual American Association of Community Colleges (AACC) Workforce Development Institute, held in San Diego, CA.

The conference’s theme this year is “Skill Up, Step Up!,” which will focus on how community colleges, industry, and federal partners can collaborate to create and advance workforce development initiatives.

Kitchens will be presenting on behalf of Credential Engine and currently serves as the Associate Director of the Center for Workforce Development at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. Her talk is part of a workshop entitled “Driving Innovations in Credentialing.” The workshop will address how “credentialing continues to push education forward and provide new opportunities for students, colleges, and employers.”
