Cadence Calixto is an Accounts & Publishing Data Analyst for Credential Engine. In this role they provide support to a growing number of partners publishing data to the Credential Registry.
Previously, Cadence served as the Volunteer Program Associate for ScholarMatch, a non-profit that matches primarily low-income first generation students with college coaches and resources to support their college application and decision journeys. In this role, they developed, implemented, and facilitated programming, communications, and logistics for the Destination College team’s various programs. Cadence has dedicated themselves to efforts that ensure the accessibility, transparency, and equitability of both the higher education and career landscapes through their previous positions.
Cadence holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology with a minor in LGBTQ Studies from UCLA. They also hold an Associates degree in Liberal Arts, Social and Behavioral Sciences from De Anza College, where they first began their advocacy work.
