Julia Gianoulis
Accounts and Publishing Coordinator
Julia Gianoulis is the Accounts and Publishing Coordinator for Credential Engine. In this position, she is responsible for monitoring Credential Engine’s Accounts and Publishing Systems, as well as providing technical assistance to publishers using Credential Engine’s publishing tools.
Prior to joining Credential Engine, Julia worked as a Content Developer at The Hanover Insurance Group. In her role, she developed interactive learning content for internal training, assisted with database management, and led training sessions and informational webinars. Julia has also held internship positions at Boston Architectural College and Arts at MIT, assisting the Marketing and Communications departments.
Julia holds a bachelor’s degree in Classical Civilization from the University of Vermont.
