Today, Scott Cheney joins experts from Advance CTE, New America, and NIST for a panel at the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) 2018 Capitol Forum. With a focus on the manufacturing sector, panelists will discuss workforce development and the ways states can help cultivate talent and grow sector jobs, highlighting innovative skills programs as well as research and development incentives.

The NCSL 2018 Capitol Forum is bringing together state leaders and visionaries this December for a multi-day exploration of the most critical issues facing state legislatures.
