Credential Engine will present next week during the iFest 2018 conference by Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) and the National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA). Hosted this year in Alexandria, VA from August 27-29, the event provides, “unique opportunities for military, government, industry, and academia professionals to share the latest in distributed learning innovations.” This year, the program will focus on the Future Learning Ecosystem: Learning data & analytics, interoperability, and learning science.
Credential Engine’s Scott Cheney will be a featured panelist with other Credential Engine partners for a panel session on workforce development design utilizing competency data and our technology partner, Jeanne Kitchens (Southern Illinois University Center for Workforce Development), will present an Ignite session detailing the work Credential Engine is doing to build a stronger learning ecosystem through the use of transparent linked data. Kitchens will serve on an additional panel entitled, “Demystifying Pathways: Competency Pathways vs. Credential Pathways vs. Content Pathways.”
