Credential Engine’s Grann to Present at Lumina Competency Frameworks Convening
April 18, 2018
On April 18th, Jeff Grann will lead discussions on competency frameworks, assessment practices, and credentials during the Lumina Foundation’s Competency Frameworks Convening in Indianapolis, IN. This convening brings together employers, military, industry leaders, education providers, and others to begin discussions on points of connection and integration. Competency-based learning allows learners flexibility and personalized learning opportunities in mastering academic content, regardless of time, place, or pace of learning.
This year, Grann will be among the experts chosen to share how Credential Engine can be a best practice tool serving multiple communities. During his session, he will be joined by Natasha Jankowski, Director, National Institute for Learning Outcomes Assessment and by Scott Oppler, Vice President, Exam Development and Research, Society for Human Resource Management to focus on strategies for using competency frameworks to guide and facilitate the demonstration of competencies.
