The Tennessee Comprehensive Learner Record (TBR CRED) is an initiative by the Tennessee Board of Regents to create a digital system that showcases student achievements beyond traditional transcripts. It aims to provide a more complete picture of student learning, including co-curricular activities and verified skills, using CTDL data to enhance transparency and consistency in representing learning outcomes. This system also utilizes the Credential Engine Registry to support the housing of competencies associated with the credentials offered by the institutions.
