Brian Sylvester
Director of Business Partnerships
Brian Sylvester is the Director of Business Partnerships for Credential Engine, where he leads efforts with private vendors, other non-profit organizations, and public entities to further credential transparency.
Prior to joining Credential Engine, Brian amassed more than 20 years of EdTech experience in sales leadership, partner marketing, product ownership, and portfolio strategy roles at McGraw Hill, Turnitin, Cengage, CompTIA, and Kaplan. He’s worked to build and grow programs for academic integrity, learning tools interoperability, certification standards, digital literacy, and technology credentialing.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from National Louis University and a Business Analytics Certificate from Wharton Executive Education. He is based just outside of St. Louis, Missouri.
