State policymakers and agencies have critical roles in ensuring their residents and employers have the information they need to make well-informed decisions, especially during this time of unprecedented labor market uncertainty. There are almost 1,000,000 unique credentials available in the United States alone, yet people lack the clarity and access necessary to decipher which education and training options best meet their needs.
