On Monday, March 15, (2pm ET), Jeff Grann, our Credential Solutions Lead, will present at the International Economic Development Council’s (IDEC) 2021 Leadership Summit alongside Leighton Johnson, South Bend – Elkhart Regional Partnership, and Janet Salm, Strada Education Network.
Their talk “Strategies for Inclusive Education, Training, and Skills” is open to all Summit attendees. This session will cover how we can equip today’s workforce with new skills, ensure the next generation gets the right skills, and redeploy to jobs of the future.
Inclusive learning provides all community members no matter their socio-economic background, ethnicity, ability or disability with access and opportunities to flexible learning choices and effective paths for achieving educational goals. In the digital economy automation-driven job disruption calls for a coordinated reskilling, upskilling and redeployment effort. This session will help address how businesses, educational institutions, and governments are leading a reskilling revolution, and how we can ensure the process is inclusive.
